I’m Andy Wright and this is my blog about Brandhabits.

Brandhabits are my opinions on the best ways to build, develop, maintain and extend strong brands.  They’re the activities and mindsets established when planning and executing brand strategy.

They help build valuable relationships as customers choose the same brand time after time; out of habit.

These opinions have been formed from over 10 years working with brands across the marketing, online, brand consulting and publishing industries. I’ve worked with paint, search, online, publishing, not for profit, alcohol and petroleum brands, all of which have given me many challenges and a lot of satisfaction. I have a great passion for brands that will hopefully come through in my writing on this blog. Brands excite me, good experiences with a brand inspire me. However, with this passion comes inevitable frustration as I witness habits that miss an opportunity or damage customer relationships.

Look out for Brandhabits Spotlight – the best and worst habits from around the world. Please feel free to submit your own cases that you come across.

While these are the opinions that I have, I’m looking forward to them being challenged and debated on this blog. There are many experts out there (many of whom are in my blog roll) that I’ve read and have inspired me to start Brandhabits.
